Bathrooms Two full bathrooms feature spa‑quality towels and organic bath products for a refreshing start or wind‑down. Kitchen & Dining A fully stocked kitchen boasts high‑end appliances, a Starbucks drip coffee station, cooking basics, tea, sugar, creamer, and a complimentary bottle of wine per reservation. Smart TVs are placed throughout the home, and high‑speed WiFi keeps you connected. Outdoor Living The private patio offers luxury seating, a BBQ grill, and tropical landscaping. Pool heating is available for an additional $125 per night from October 15 through May 31 with a minimum three‑day notice, and once activated it must remain on for the entire stay. - 2026-04-14T15:35:00.000Z · 5.0/5: Excellent property! Clean, modern, great location!ONE issue was paying extra 100-125each day for a "heated" pool that was uncomfortable at 76 degrees some days. We used it when it reached 84 degrees, but not what we were expecting to pay extra for. There is no "fuel" to generate heat and Solar only warms a few degrees over outside temp when running during the day, therefore very chilly for Mar2026.
