Over the eight months from December 2025 to July 2026, direct bookings brought in a third of our accommodation revenue, peaking at 59% in December.
Because those guests did not book through an online travel agency, our owners kept about $74,000 that would otherwise have gone to channel commissions.
Direct means booked with Hotel Home Stays: by phone, by referral, or on our own booking site. Every one of those bookings starts your statement at the full nightly revenue.

Our guests return year after year, and when they come back they book with us, not through a platform. Many try a different home in our collection on their next trip. When your home joins us, it joins a network of guests who already know and trust the Hotel Home Stays standard.
Direct guests also stay longer: an average of 14 nights, compared with about 5 on Airbnb.

We take on homes we project to earn $100,000 or more a year in accommodation revenue. If yours is close, we will tell you honestly. Single-family homes with three or more bedrooms and a private pool, in West Palm Beach or Palm Beach, with room for a family to spread out.
