Our family had a fantastic time staying at “Nautical” for the month of February 2026. The location is fantastic. One block from the Colony, across the street from the beach and  just south of Worth Avenue. Parking was super easy and our hosts responded quickly to any questions or concerns during our stay. We definitely recommend this spot!

Beautiful, spacious home with the perfect layout to allow for both gathering together to build memories and spaces for relaxing retreat (indoors and outdoors). Well stocked kitchen. Rebekah and her team are very kind and have excellent, prompt communication. They went above and beyond leaving fresh flowers and wine for our arrival. Great, quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants, shopping etc. Easy drive to old town. We highly recommend this home and will return!

Rebekah’s house was wonderful. We rented It for spring training with another family. The kids had a blast in the backyard with all the toys! The pool, ping pong table, swings and air hockey table were a hit. The two master bedrooms were very comfortable. The only negative would be the mattresses were a little firm.  The living room easily accommodated our 10 person crew. We loved sitting outside and watching the kids play. We would definitely rent It next year.

The Gatsby is chocked full of things to do (pool, hot tub, putting green, pool table, ping pong -- bread maker! mixer! blender! Two kinds of coffee makers! Coffee and coffee pods! LOTS of pots, pans, flatware, dishes, and glasses!) It's a big place and can handle large parties -- we had eight adults. Rebekah was REALLY RESPONSIVE and friendly to talk to. We had a great time, reacquainting with friends and lounging about the premises. I would definitely consider this place again for a large group in the Phoenix area.
