Pet Policy:
-- Dogs under 20lbs each are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay.
-- Written approval and a $250 fee per pet are required.
-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.
-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must be with their owners at all times, and emotional support animals do not qualify.
-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.
Check-in and Check-out:
-- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.
-- Simple check-out instructions are provided upon arrival, and a rental contract is emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
-- A credit card and matching photo ID are required upon check-in for identity verification and to cover any incidentals, as we do not charge a security deposit.

-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.
-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.
-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.
-- Concierge services are provided by third-party vendors and are not affiliated with the property owner. Guests agree to release the property owner from any claims related to third-party activities.
