Overall the stay was good. It accommodated our large family of 20 and a pet. It was very clean (however could use some TLC in some areas). Plenty of amenities and space. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools, which was appreciated and useful.<br/>We did experience a few things that were not great. The fireplace was tricky to get on, the video provided is somewhat helpful but should definitely be easier. The outlets in the basement did not work. And lastly, we had a horrible check out day. Yes, we were compensated a small amount for the inconvenience, but it doesn’t change the fact that we were woken up before 7AM to roofers ready to replace the roof. We had to get up and move our cars down the street, just to have 10-15 men start chucking brick shingles from the roof. It was dangerous, inconsiderate, and a very unpleasant way to end our trip. Needless to say we all ended up rushing out, our goodbyes were cut short. We were unable to get a hold of anyone until just before check out

Our recent stay at the Thunderbird Villa was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the phenomenal location and breathtaking views of Monument Valley. The villa is nestled in one of Colorado’s most beautiful neighborhoods, and its proximity to the highway made exploring Colorado Springs and the surrounding area incredibly convenient.
