The 20% pays for our management of inspections, pricing, direct booking marketing, housekeeping, maintenance and vendors, guest communication, the owner portal and the Florida team. The costs of the home itself, such as cleaning between stays and repairs, are set out in your agreement. The full breakdown is on the owner page.

Management fee

20% of accommodation revenue. No monthly charge.
