The 20% pays for our management of inspections, pricing, direct booking marketing, housekeeping, maintenance and vendors, guest communication, the owner portal and the Florida team. We take on homes we project to earn $100,000 or more a year in accommodation revenue. If yours is close, we will tell you honestly. Single-family homes with three or more bedrooms and a private pool, in West Palm Beach or Palm Beach, with room for a family to spread out.
