**Pool Heating Details:**
Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate of $125 per night.
The pool can be heated during winter months when natural pool temperatures drop due to cooler outside air temperatures. Our pools are generally set at 87 degrees, but temperatures will drop, especially if it's raining.
We recommend pool heating from *October 15th through May 31st* for a comfortable swimming temperature.
To ensure pool heating for your arrival, we require a minimum of **3-day advance notice**. Once the pool heat is turned on, it must remain for the entire duration of your stay (cannot be turned on and off daily).

Important Notes:
If the police need to be called to the property due to any complaints, you and your guests will be asked to leave without refund.
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows/doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included in the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
Quiet hours -- are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
